How To Overcome From Frustration

There are so many things that can cause us to be frustrated.

1.      Frustration occurs when our dreams are not met.
2.       We may be feel frustrated when we have lot of work & less time to complete that work.
3.      When people are stressed, they feel more frustrated.
4.       It may occur when we have to reach office on time but due to lot of traffic we are not able to reach.

We can overcome our frustration by different way like:

1.     Talk to a friend
When you feel frustrated talk with a friend and tell him/her your problem. May be your friend have some solutions, that can help you.

2.      Read Something Funny
By reading something funny, it may switch your focus to other thing so, you got a temporary break. After a break you get back on track and solve whatever is your problem .

3.     Take a hot bath or sleep it
Relaxing your mind by either taking a long hot bath or sleeping it off.  While sleeping or bathing don’t try to find a solution, just prepare yourself for getting out of that frustrating circle.

4.     Be around positive people
Try to live around positive people because it helps you to get energy and advice.

5.     Stop blaming yourself
Maybe you did something really wrong, and your current situation is the result of that mistake. Take responsibility but don’t blame yourself.  It will only put you in a negative mode which will do more harm than good.

6.     Take a long walk
The long walk or break will allow your minds to be clearer. After coming from walk again tackle the problem or situation.

7.     Accept Reality
You have the ability to accept reality. Don’t thinks like that "how beautiful life
Could be if the stupid incident or mistake had not happened.



8.     Cook A Delicious Meal
Cooking is an art. It is an important art to overcome from frustration. It is the cheapest art that everyone can afford.

9.     Write About Your Past

There is lot of things that happen in your past. You can just sit & remember your past and write about something your success. This will help you to overcome from frustration.

Protect yourself while using the Internet



1.      Never use the same passwords that you use at work on a social networking site.
2.      Check and update your computer software, including Windows operating systems (and others like Mac OS) and Web browsers.
3.      Limit usage of social networking sites to personal use only.
4.      Install antivirus/anti-spyware software to protect your computer and detect and remove viruses.
5.      Try to avoid mentioning where you work.
6.      Install software for spam filtering and spam blocking.
7.      Don’t use your pet’s name as a password.
8.      Be wary of e-mail offers that come from a source you don't recognize. Don't reply to the e-mail, click any links within the e-mail, or open any attachments.
9.      Never submit your credit card details or other personal information on non-secure websites. Before submitting your user name and password to log on, make sure your browser window displays the closed padlock symbol and the URL begins with "https://".
10.  Beware of what links you click and what software you download and install.
11.  Never share your user names and passwords or store them on your computer.
12.  Beware when using public computers at home.
13.  Do not send confidential information through a social networking.
14.  Don't respond to "spammed" e-mails.
