There
are so many things that can cause us to be frustrated.
1. Frustration
occurs when our dreams are not met.
2. We may be feel frustrated when we have lot of
work & less time to complete that work.

people are stressed, they feel more frustrated.
4. It may occur when we have to reach office on
time but due to lot of traffic we are not able to reach.
